At front counter, in steam well, operator states he began heating soups slowly at 6:30AM; chili 6:30AM-9:00AM (155F - Reheating); cream of potato soup 6:30-9:00AM (122F - Reheating);
Floors, walls, and/or ceilings soiled/has accumulation of debris. In dish area, by handwashing sink, wall is soiled with food debris.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. In front counter, labeled sugar bucket had scoop with handle in food. Operator moved utensil to proper storage.
Open dumpster lid. Shared dumpster lid was open, operator closed.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. In dish/prep area, by coffee machine, coffee filters stored in opened box, uncovered, operator moved to ziplock bag.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Hot dogs missing date. Operator stated they had been opened 2 days prior. Operator dated during inspection.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for employee hired more than 60 days ago. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. The only food handler for the establishment did not have training.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Under counter across from soda machine. Operator chained co2 during inspection.
