Dish washer machine reading 0ppm Prime dish washer machine Retest it and now is reading 100pm Rerun the dish washer machine without priming and it's reading 50ppm
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Make station flip top reach in cooler raw fish over ready to eat items. Operator place raw products on the bottom
Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Operator touch sanitizer wet wiping cloth with gloves then pursue to cooking food. Operator is reeducated to take off old gloves, wash hands and reapply on new gloves before taking on a new tasks
