Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed high temp dish machine with reading 144.1 per operator high temp non-reversing thermometer. Operator set up triple sink with 704 sink and surface reading during inspection.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container-sugar. Operator corrected during inspection.
