Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. Cook wearing gloves opened reach in cooler and removed raw hamburger ball and molded into a patty, then removed gloves and put on clean gloves without washing hands then handled cheese and put on a plate. Discussed with manager
