Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Upon inspection, wiping cloth chlorine sanitizer solution at front counter observed to be 10ppm. Manager replaced sanitizer solution during inspection and 100ppm reading was observed.

Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. During inspection, observed cook on cook line handle raw bacon then grab a clean plate for service to customer with soiled gloved hand. Manager was advised plate could not be served to customer and manager discarded bacon.

In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Knife stored in crack between cold-holding unit and toaster. Operator removed knife during inspection.
In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Scoop handle for diced ham and hash browns. Operator removed scoops during inspection.
