Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Spray bottle hanging on hand wash only sink in kitchen area. Manager removed bottle and placed in proper place.

Hot water sanitizing dishmachine final rinse not reaching proper temperature at manifold. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Observed high-temperature dishmachine at 137F dish surface temperature and 85F monitor temperature. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization (3-compartment sink) until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly.
