Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. 2 open beverage cups observed on soda syrup boxes. Operator discarded.

Hot water sanitizing dishmachine final rinse not reaching proper temperature at manifold. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Operator set up 3 compartment for ware washing and sanitizing. Chlorine Sanitizer tested at 100ppm 3 temp checks with high temp measuring device ranged from 152F - 155F. Dish machine tech on site during inspection with new heating element.
