Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Female employee placed soiled dishes in dish pit then touched clean dishes without washing hands.

Discussed with Manager and she spoke with cook.

Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. Observed spray hose at dishwash sink is lower than the flood rim of the sink.
Stop Sale issued due to adulteration of food product. Observed one cracked egg in reach in cooler. Manager discarded
