Operator states items were placed in reach in cooler from another cooler approximately 1 hour ago. Operator closed drawer all the way as it was not completely shut. diced ham (59F - Cold Holding); ham steaks (61F - Cold Holding); cut leafy greens (57F - Cold Holding) Reach in cooler next to toasters. Operator was unsure how long items had been out of temperature. See stop sale.
