What the inspector wrote — 2 findings
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the reach in cooler next to cook top, observed cut ham (47F - Cold Holding); canadian bacon (48F - Cold Holding); cut tomato (55F - Cold Holding). Operator stated foods have been stored in reach in cooler two hours prior to inspection. Operator reduced the amount of food to the fill line in containers and provided lids.

Operator had employee change gloves and wash hands.
