In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Scoop handle stored in hash browns at make bar. Employee removed scoop.

Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee placed raw bacon on flat top then proceeded to use spatula to flip other food and then started food prepping a plate without washing hands or changing gloves. Manager had employee wash hands, change gloves and send spatula to wear washing station.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. 2 employees wearing bracelets while engaged in food preparation in cook line.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

No measuring device available for measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishmachine. Machine has a gauge on out side of unit but no device to measure surface temp.
Clean linens stored on floor. Bag of linens stored in floor in dry storage area. Manager hung bag from shelf above floor.
Cloth used as a food-contact surface under egg pan on cook station.
Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Scoop handle in ice in ice bin. Employee removed scoop from ice and sent to ware washing.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Soiled wet cloth stored on cutting board at cook station. Employee removed cloth and placed in sanitizer solution.
