Shell eggs held at room temperature with no time stamp. Manager stated that eggs were removed from cooler at 8:00 am current time 9:56. Time was written on signage for eggs to correct.

Observed 1 gallon whole milk and 1/2 gallon chocolate milk with no date mark. Manager stated milk was opened within the last two days. Manager labeled with date.
