Employee picked an item off the floor then handed clean equipment without washing their hands. Employee removed the equipment the be sanitized and washed their hands.

Employee placed the eggs below the bacon. Raw shell eggs stored over cheddar cheese in the stand up reach in cooler in the store room area. Employee placed the eggs below the cheese.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Employee washed avocados in the hand wash sink next to the cook lines. Employee was informed and rewashed the avocados in a preparation sink.
