Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed : the dish wash machine tested at zero ppm for chlorine. The owner went to make adjustments.
