Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Drawer under grill; raw burger (46F - Cold Holding); raw chicken (48F - Cold Holding); ham (48F - Cold Holding); brisket (49F - Cold Holding) Operator stated the food was out because they bring it from different kitchen was out for 30 minutes and he moved it to the freezer to cool down.
