Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. 4/1/2025 Helping the MOD to renew their business license online. MOD got in contact with help desk operator DBPR. Operator stated that there a glitch in system that showing that the establishment does not owe any payment at this time to renew license but, license is till delinquent in the system. Inspector call SOD, and stated to recommend them a AC but to tell the MOD to keep an eye on the license if to if it gets renewed.

Observed grill cook handle raw chicken and then removed first glove (double gloved on right hand) then proceed to return to raw ground beef patty in grill without hand washing, re-educated that double gloves are not acceptable and hands must be washed after handling raw beef and/or chicken items.
