Certified food manager unable to answer basic Food Code questions pertaining to safe operation of establishment. Observed manager unable to tell inspector temperature at which thermometer must be calibrated. Manager asked another manager on headset what the proper temperature was.

Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed ice scoop inside ice bin at drive thru soda machine
In-use utensil stored in sanitizer between uses. Observed coffee scoops sitting in sanitizer, discussed with operator and explained proper procedures. Operator removed container and replaced with clean utensils and no solution.

Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed mold like substance in ice machine. Manager cleaned and removed substance.
