Operator removed all single service items in area. - 3 small flying insects landing on wall near near self serve soda station. - 1 small flying insect landing on lid dispenser in self serve soda station. - 3 small flying insects in service closet off the lobby area near the bathrooms. - 7 small flying insects underneath three compartment sink and underneath dishmachine. - 1 small flying insect in kitchen flying near handwash sink to the right of the three compartment sink. Operator had employees spray cleaner to clean and sanitize are and reached out to pest control.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed iced coffee dispenser stored to the left of the frosty machine blocking access to handwash sink. Operator arranged counter differently making handwash sink accessible.
Floor soiled behind dishmachine, three compartment sink, and soda machine in the drive thru area and floor drains have accumulation of food debris and slime throughout establishment.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed accumulation of food debris, dirt, and slime underneath cabinet in self serve soda station. Employees started to clean and sanitize area.
