Observed 1 live fly at the front counter on the entry door, 1 live fly on the front counter cookie container, 2 live flies in back prep room area on bread rack, operator was able to kill 1 fly, 5 live flies on cook line over flat top grill area landing on open package of bread and hot holding equipment and single service deli paper. Operator was able to kill 3 flys and discarded the deli paper from the cook line. Observed 1 live fly in restroom and 2 live flies in dining room on window. Observed 1 dead fly in water of three compartment sink, operator drained the dish water. Multiple dead flies observed in fly sticky tape in prep area.
