Asiago cheese (50F - Cold Holding); in cooler by drive through window; as per operator food placed in cooler around 8 am; food out if temperature for approximately 1 hour; food not prepared or portioned today; operator decided to discard food;
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor are heavily greasy throughout the entire kitchen and bathroom
