Food stored on floor. Observed a box of French fries on floor in walk in freezer. Manager removed from floor and stored more than six inches above ground.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup inside walk in freezer located outside building.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed metal pan with old label on it. Manager removed old label immediately.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed spray hose at 3 compartment sink leaking.
