Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Observed the dish machine is not sanitizing at all, operator is putting a work order in and using the 3-compartment sink.
Employee with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed two employees without beard guards, the two employees put one on.
