No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink in the dish area. Operator replaced towels.
Building components, attachments or fixtures in poor repair. Gasket in walk-in door is severely torn. Gaskets need to be maintained to keep equipment operating efficiently and to keep them smooth and easily cleanable.
Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Drop ceiling tracks in the back room have come loose and ceiling is bowed/hanging down. Ceiling vent above three compartment sink has mold-like build-up.
