Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Shredded cheese in walk in cooler 48F per operator cheese was out for about an hour for making salads.

Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Degreaser dispenser leaking on floor in back storage area. Operator turned off water to dispensing unit and will call to get fixed.
