Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Upon inspection, observed storage pans on rack in dishwashing area wet nesting. General manager separated pans during inspection to dry separately.

Employee put on watch and began working without washing hands. Employee was instructed by manager to remove watch and wash hands.
