Time/temperature control for safety food reheated for hot holding not reaching 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds within 2 hours. Observed chili (109F - Reheating) at steam table at front counter. As per time marking, product was placed at steam table for reheating more than 2 hours prior. Manager increased temperature to reheat to 165F.
