Observed employee handling money at the drive thru and then cupping up chili, and working the baskets at the fryer without washing hands, operator stopped her to wash hands.

Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed broken shell egg still on carton with whole eggs in walk-in cooler. See stop sale manager removed. Other eggs in carton not contaminated.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed frosty nozzle with black growth on food contact area of nozzle at drive through. Manager had employee clean nozzle and will add to nightly deep clean.
Multiuse food-contact surface not smooth, free of breaks/cracks/chips/pits/crevices. Observed lexan pans heavily stained and scratched. No longer cleanable. Manager showed replacements have been received and going into affect today.
