Observed a total of 29 small flying insects in establishment. - 8 live small flying insects in mop sink area coming out of drain to the right of the prep area in the rear of the kitchen. - 4 live small flying insects in women's restroom coming out of floor drain. - 15 live small flying insects underneath dishmachine on dish racks and dishmachine equipment. - 2 live small flying insects in prep area landing on an empty clean container on storage rack and a spatula. Operator sprayed to eliminate flies.

Plumbing system in disrepair. Floor drain in women's restroom backing up on to floor in bathroom. Operator closed bathroom and sectioned off area. Inspector did not observe any other areas backing up. Operator has plumber and maintenance technician in route for service.
