Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Observed flooring, wall tile and cove molding in disrepair at drive thru window.

Observed romaine lettuce 51F, cut tomatoes 56F, blu cheese 48F, shredded lettuce 48F cooling from ambient at drive through make table prepped at 4:25am and temperature checked at 9:42am. Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed chili hot holding at 131F. Manager reheated chili to 167F.
Certified food manager unable to answer basic Food Code questions pertaining to safe operation of establishment. Observed manager unable to answer questions about when food was prepped on table.

Upon inspection observed employee place trash can by hand washing sink and then proceeded to clean table top disposable lids by service line without washing hands in between tasks. Operator instructed staff to wash hands.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Upon inspection observed raw chicken patties stored above bottled water in walk in cooler. Operator corrected storage during inspection.
