Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours. Front line: chili reheating since 7:59am, time taken 9:39am (77F - Reheating); chili re-temp at 10:01am (115F - Reheating). Manager began quick reheat in microwave and turned temp up higher in steam well at 9:39. Manager continued to reheat product in microwave and re temped at 165f.
