Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Dish machine with chlorine tested 0ppm after ran multiple times. No warewashing at time of inspection, operator setup three compartment sink and contacted service company at time of inspection.

Ran dish machine multiple times, tested 0ppm chlorine. Operation setup three compartment sink and contacted service company at time of inspection.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle with cleaning liquid stored with clean food containers on storage shelf at three compartment sink. Operator removed spray bottle.
Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Ran hot water approximately 2 minutes in handwash sink at front service area by kitchen entrance, temped 94F.
