Observed dishwasher machine Dishwasher (Chlorine 00ppm. Manager was able set up 3 compartment sink to use while machine gets fixed.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed plastic glove inside handwashing sink next to 3 compartment sink. Manager discarded during inspection.
Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed wall soiled with dark substance on top soda station.
