Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. Observed in walkin refrigerator cooked pasta at 12:06 with 4 hours (70 F - Cooling) at 12:38 68 degrees, due to being in deep plastic container. Operator removed from plastic container
