Observed employee engaging in food preparation touch her glasses with gloved hand and proceeded to handle equipment without removing gloves. Spoke to employee regarding hand washing. Employee removed gloves and washed hands.

Shell eggs in use or stored with cracks or broken shells. See stop sale. Observed in walk in cooler 1 cracked raw shell egg stored with raw shell eggs. See stop sale.

Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed wall above dining room soda machine soiled with mold like substance.

Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed hot water tank with a threaded hose Bibb without back flow device.
Employee chewing gum while preparing food or while in a food prep/food storage/warewashing area. Observed employee engaging in food preparation chewing gum. Employee discarded gum.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed containers above 3 compartment sink on dry rack wet nesting. Manager removed and placed in ware washing area.
