Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Pans stored on dish shelf have standing water in them. Manager had employee correct pans on shelf so they could drain properly.
Floor area(s) covered with standing water in hallway near 1st drive thru window and side door.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Walk in freezer has ice build up on shelves and floor toward the back of freezer.
