Wash solution in three-compartment sink less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed wash solution water at 105F, manager drained and replaced water to 130F,.
Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed no hot water at hand wash sink across from mop sink, manager turned on hot water during inspection.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee change gloves no hand wash.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed guacamole 50F, tomatoes 47F, cut lettuce 48F, cucumbers 50F, pickles 50F, per employee in expo cooler 2 hours, employee placed all items on ice.
Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Emailed operator flyer to post.
