Observed employee wearing gloves and then adjusting his headphone equipment, then head to bar to make beverage without removing gloves and washing hands. Operator discussed handwashing procedures with employee. Employee removed gloves and washed hands.

Also, cooked chicken (46F-52F - Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler drawer across from grill. Operator removed chicken and placed in walk-in-cooler to chill.
