On storage shelves, on a lid to panko, on floors under shelves, on a pipe next to Togo containers. Next to a glue trap on shelf next to sugar packets. Dry storage is located in a separate area of the kitchen. You walk through a pass way, you pass two compartment sink and prep tables, then the dry storage is located right there, to the right of storage is walk-in cooler then a door that goes outside, with a screen door. Observed operator cleaning, sweeping, washing and sanitizing area
