Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed both hand wash sink in kitchen has evidence of old food debris in the sinks looks like something been poured in the sinks to be dumped

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee use hand wash sink to fill up a cup of water. Employee Is re-educated onsite by owner to use hand wash sink just for hand washing
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed under ice cream display reach in freezer. Floor is soiled with old food debris. Owner roll out the ice cream display reach in freezer and swept and mop the floor. Where the old food debris was located
