Operator removed all spray bottles of cleaners to properly store.
Food stored on floor. Observed box with bag of custard stored on floor in walk-in-cooler.

Also, spray bottle containing toxic substance stored next to single use straws under side counter. Person in charge removed both spray bottles of cleaners to properly store.
