Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Bag with employee personal food in walk-in cooler stored over bottled drinks and personal yogurt stored on top of pail of caramel sauce. Manager moved all personal food to proper storage.
Label on a food item prepared and packaged onsite for customer self-service does not include product identity/description, date product was packaged and name and address of the establishment that prepared and packaged the food. Pre-packaged on-site custards for customer self-service in the lobby area are missing the address from the labeling.
