Observed white cutting mat used for the bread has deep cut marks also soiled brown discoloration located on the in cook line. Free style soda machine has mold like growth around ice chute. Spoke to Manager recommend to replace or resurface.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed lime and scale build up on the top metal panel interior of ice machine.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed trash debris underneath the pallets stored inside walk in freezer.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup on the curtains hanging in the walk in freezer.
