Per operator, operator relocate Turkey to bottom shelf. -Observed empanadas at front counter cold held at 44-45F. Per operator, empanadas transfer to unit less than 1 hour before the inspection. Operator decrease the temperature on the unit.. Document for time as a public health control has been given to the operator.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. -Observed accumulation of old food residue buildup on can opener.
