Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin: Ice bin at wait,station has a mold-like substance in the back interior at the top. Employee cleaned during the inspection.

Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured: 3 CO2 tanks not secured. General Manager had employee secure the tanks to prevent them from falling over.
In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses: One pair of tongs on oven door handle. General Manager had employee remove and place in dish room.

Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin - interior chute of main ice machine had something hanging in it that was not part of the equipment. General Manager removed with a clean towel then got a sanitized cloth and cleaned the area. No ice was contaminated during the process.
