Per operator foods have been out for 15 minutes. Operator stated foods are kept out during service for two hours. The remaining of food is discarded. Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. In back kitchen area, observed two quarts of garlic oil, heated with fresh garlic from 12-29-23. Operator discarded oil.
