Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee leave kitchen area and go outside of establishment, then return and don gloves without washing hands first. Discussed with operator proper hand-hygiene techniques.
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. From stove top in kitchen at 11:22am. Operator turned heat up on stove. a. baked beans (125F - Hot Holding)
