Per employee all items out of temperature more than 4 hours with all items pulled at 11:30am from walk in cooler. All items removed back to walk in cooler to rechill. Do not use unit until temperature can be maintained at 41F or below.

Pizza station cook returned to line after handling multiple food pans being moved to walk in cooler and began to remove, cut, and box pizzas without first washing hands.

In upright reach in freezer, open containers of raw shrimp and philly steak meat above containers of onion rings and tortellini pasta. No items commercially wrapped. Manager rearranged freezer for proper separation.
