Raw animal food stored in same container as ready-to-eat food. On a sheet tray on a prep table by the triple sink wrapped raw chicken is stored in the same pan as cooked chicken. Operator separated the raw and cooked chicken and placed them into the reach in cooler.

In the bottom of the make table cooler at the front counter there are three pieces of thawed salmon still in the reduced oxygen packaging that is marked to remove from packaging before thawing.
