Observed employee grabbing raw chicken with one gloved hand to put inside fryers; employee than took of glove using the other ungloved hand touch several bowls and put one glove on one hand and started to work with raw chicken again, removed glove again with the other hand and touch fryer hand, all without washing hands first before putting new glove on. Educated. Employee washed hands properly.
