Observed in main kitchen area employees cleaning floors with gloves on and grabbed a Togo container for an order and failed to remove soiled gloves and wash hands. Educated Person in charge on glove use and Handwashing. Employee discarded container,removed soiled gloves,washed hands and put on clean gloves.
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in main kitchen area Cooked Chicken wings (89F - Hot Holding). Person in charge stated that the warming unit is broken and the cooked Chicken wings were out for approximately 30 minutes. Employee put wings into fryer to reheat. Start time 12:50-End time 1:00pm. Final temperature 189°F.
